Refund policy

1. Return and exchanges:

• You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@m1mara beauty.com with your order number.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

2. Damaged or Defective products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@m1marabeauty.com . 
• We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
